On July 7th, 2023, Associazione TDM 2000 hosted the successful Multiplier Event “YW4CULT: Talents Renascence” at the Cineteatro Nanni Loy in Cagliari, Italy. The conference brought together 43 Italians and 41 young foreigners passionate about the arts, including students, youth workers, educators, and artists. The event facilitated a vibrant exchange of ideas and cultures, thanks to the multinational representation of participants from various countries, such as Spain, France, Germany, Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Hungary, Slovakia, and Serbia.
The event commenced with an introduction to the YW4CULT project, presenting its objectives and path. Former SOLABs participants shared their experiences, shedding light on the project’s personal and professional growth opportunities. Attendees had access to the Talent Assessment Tool created during the project and were introduced to the networking platform League of Creativity, providing valuable resources to assess artistic skills and establish connections within the artistic community.
The event fostered a supportive environment, with the organization’s representatives serving as a “Human library” of information, offering insights into the project’s results and engaging in meaningful discussions. The success of YW4CULT: Talents Renascence and other multiplier events organized by partner associations indicates the growth and potential of the League of Creativity platform. This initiative empowers young artists to invest in their creativity, develop vital skills for the cultural sector, and forge connections with emerging talents worldwide.
