From May 16th to May 21, TDM 2000 Eesti organized the TC Youth Empowered: Skills for Creative Communities, based on the manual developed during the project. The training involved youth workers from different European countries (Estonia, Italy, Latvia, Poland, Portugal, Croatia, Germany, and Lithuania), and it was created in order to develop different soft skills that the participants will be able to pass down to young artists in their local communities.
During the course of the training, the participants were able to create new activities that will be replicated in their local communities in order to increase the reach of our project’s results and help as many people as we can reach their full potential by exploring and expanding their soft skills.
