On March 1st and 2nd, 2023, the partners from the YW4CULT project gathered in Larissa, Greece to discuss the results of the Social Laboratories and plan the next steps for the project. The meeting was attended by the trainers from each one of the partner organisations that implemented the Social Laboratories in their local communities.
The Social Laboratories were a key component of the YW4CULT project, aimed at testing the manual written to help youth workers help artists to gain the skills needed to enter nowadays job market. They provided young people with a space to learn, share experiences, and develop innovative ideas.
The partners also provided feedback on the activities proposed to the participants and discussed how to improve the manual as a whole. The manual serves as a guide for youth workers and educators interested in implementing similar Social Laboratories in the future.
In addition, the partners discussed the next steps for the project. They planned how to organize the next cycle of the Social Laboratories and discussed how to disseminate the project’s results further to have the best reach possible.
