From November 2nd to November 9th, the partner organizations reunited in Tallinn (Estonia) for the Training of Trainers. Each of the organizations participated with 2 trainers that were thoroughly prepared in order to test the manual and run the Social Laboratories (SOLABs) in which the manual’s activities will be implemented for the benefit of the participants.
The trainers tested different non-formal education activities from each one of the modules of the manuals in order to have a taste of the methodology they are going to implement in the SOLABs. They also gave feedback on how to improve the activities tested and the manual as a whole.
For this activity, the trainers were hosted in the beautiful venue of Liipa Talu, a hotel, event location, and training centre near Tallinn. This venue is usually the home for the training camp of the JJ Street organization and lately has been also used to host language lessons for Ukrainian refugees.
The highly anticipated manual designed to help young artists reach their full potential has been officially released.
