The first online meeting of the project “YW4CULT: From Talent to Competencies: How youth work can support cultural sector”, officially started last March 1st, was held on Monday 29 March.
The meeting was attended by representatives of the project partnership formed by TDM 2000 Eesti (Estonia), TDM 2000 (Italy), STREETBASKET (Latvia), Urban Style (Estonia) and IED (Greece).
The main aim of the project is to develop innovative methods to support young people in transforming their talent into skills, helping them to develop a more resilient personal and professional profile.
The highly anticipated manual designed to help young artists reach their full potential has been officially released.
